ELP offers several creative billing relationships. Using a fixed-fee based program, clients can either retain the firm as part time in house counsel, or, with the Enterprise Counsel program, focus on four modules, including employee relations, owner relations, customer-supplier relations or taxation and insurance issues to improve their business.
Equity share billing is also available to qualified entrepreneurs under ELP's Enterprise Launching Pad Program.

Richard Bruder, JD, LLM (taxation), founder of ELP, is a business owner's lawyer.
